The quality control in each phase of production plays a very important roll for the excellent quality of the die-casting products of ZATEL.

In those controls, chemical analysis, hardness, strength, porosity test, three dimensional measurement and other methods are used.

A controlled quality starts with the acceptance methods of aluminium ingot supplies. ZATEL uses generally imported aluminium ingots produced by the continuous casting process, eliminating the oxidation to a large extend, accompanied with analysis certificate for each charge.

ZATEL uses furthermore an unique vakuum process and equipment for the production. This tecnology provides a high density and porefree casting inside and on the surfaces of the products. The quality control proves the results.
