Automotive Industry
Many important components of the automobile are today produced by aluminium pressure die-casting. The automotive industry expects high quality products and reliability in the production of large series of aluminium die-casting parts. Those products need strength, no porosity, homogenity and moderation. ZATEL is one of the major suppliers of automotive industry in Turkey.




White Goods Industry
This is one of the most traditional application field for pressure die casting of aluminium alloys. High mechanical resistance and decorative surface treatments like; stove enamelling, anodizing, chrome plating... etc. make pressure die cast aluminium products to an excellent component for the white goods industry.

The development of ZATEL has been one can say, parallel to the enormous development achived by the white goods industry in Turkey in the last 30 years.


Electro - Mechanical Industry
The electrical and mechanical industries need large series of products of high quality standarts and precision. Aluminium die-casting are used for an important portion of those products. The main technical reasons are: light weight, strength, resistance to high temperatures, very good properties for electrical conduction.

The various surface treatment possibilities which are decorative and enable corrosion resistance (normal anodising, hard anodising, chrome and nickel plating, stove enamelling,... etc.) are other advantages. The aluminium pressure die-castings save considerable costs for complex shaped metal components.

Aluminium bodies and covers of electrical motors are in our production range.


Agriculturel Industry
ZATEL produces parts used in the agricultural machines, too. Expecially, most of parts of the agricultural watering machines and equipment are in our production range.


Telecommunication Industry
The spare parts used in telecommunication industry are in our production range. The needs of the parts for the military wireless and signal industries are produced in our factory.
